Refrig-A-Rent was built from firsthand experience in the refrigeration industry and a simple idea that solved a real problem. Founders Bart Tippmann and Noah Tippmann grew up together working in a family-owned refrigeration company, where they learned the cold-storage business from the ground up. Early on, their work took them across the United States, gaining hands-on experience inside walk-ins, cold rooms, and commercial refrigeration environments of all sizes.
Through that experience, they noticed a consistent challenge businesses faced: when additional cold storage is suddenly needed—whether due to equipment issues, seasonal demand, renovations, or unexpected growth—there often isn’t a fast, flexible solution available. That gap sparked the idea behind Refrig-A-Rent.
